HYPNOSIS FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

Hypnosis is a gentle, playful and adapted approach that can greatly help children and teenagers to cope better with their emotions, overcome certain difficulties and develop their personal resources. Thanks to their great capacity forimagination and receptiveness, young people often respond very well to hypnosis. It enables them to regain confidence, free themselves from certain blocks or fears, and approach their daily lives with greater serenity, whether at school, at home or in their relationships.

  • Hypnosis helps young people understand, welcome and soothe their emotions (anger, fear, sadness...), by teaching them to refocus and access a state of calm more easily.

  • Since sleep disorders are common among children and adolescents, hypnosis can help them fall asleep more easily, reduce night-time awakenings and establish a soothing bedtime ritual.

  • Hypnosis supports the development of self-esteem, helping children and adolescents to feel more confident in their learning, relationships and choices.

  • Hypnosis can relieve certain physical ailments (stomach aches, eczema, bedwetting...) or repetitive behaviors (tics, forgetfulness, aggression...), often linked to an inner malaise.

  • Hypnosis can be used to improve concentration and memorization, to manage stage fright before an exam, or to cope better with difficult situations such as moving house, giving birth, bereavement or separation.
