Fair handling of last-minute cancellations

We understand that last-minute unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, to ensure a balance and respect the work of our therapists, cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a flat-rate charge of CHF 60 per session. This measure values our therapists' time while taking into account your constraints. You will be provided with a receipted invoice, which you can forward to your insurance company in the event of a recognized exceptional situation.

Respect for therapeutic time

No-shows" are a challenge for both you and our therapists. These unexpected absences prevent productive use of the therapeutic time reserved for you. In these situations, to preserve the quality of our services and respect for professional time, the full consultation fee will apply.
