To accompany these moments in life, we offer youthe freedom to change or cancel your appointment online at any time, with simplicity and respect for your privacy in mind.

Fair handling of last-minute cancellations

We understand that last-minute changes are sometimes unavoidable. However, to maintain balance and mutual respect, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a flat-rate charge of CHF 60 per session. This measure is aimed at valuing our therapists' time while recognizing your constraints. You will be provided with a receipted invoice, which you can present to your insurance company for possible reimbursement in the event of force majeure.

Respect for therapeutic time

No-shows" are a challenge for both you and our therapists. These unexpected absences prevent productive use of the therapeutic time reserved for you. In these situations, to preserve the quality of our services and respect for professional time, the full consultation fee will apply.
