My journey

As a hypnotherapist and Reiki practitioner, my career path has been shaped by a deep-seated conviction: that every human being carries within him or herself the resources needed to regain balance and harmony. Well-being, emotional management and human understanding have always been at the heart of my motivations. I've been lucky enough to work in professions that have enabled me toaccompany people through periods of change, doubt or transition - those moments when we seek to reconnect with ourselves.

In the course of my experience, I've seen how easy it is to get carried away by the pace of everyday life and forget tolisten to the messages of the body and the unconscious.Therapeutic hypnosis became an obvious choice: a caring and respectful approach that enables people to reconnect with their inner resources, regain self-confidence and become active players in their own lives.

My philosophy

My coaching is based on an integrative approach, combining therapeutic hypnosis and energy work, with a holistic vision of the person - mental, emotional and physical. Each session is designed as a space for listening, transformation and refocusing, enabling each person to mobilize their inner resources and regain balance and clarity.

Hypnosis is a powerful tool that opens up access to the subconscious, where strengths, learnings and often-forgotten solutions reside. It can help you overcome emotional difficulties,calm fears and regain self-confidence, sometimes faster than you think.

Convinced that every human being has a unique potential, I offer authentic, gentle and caring guidance to anyone wishing to move towards a life more in line with their values, aspirations and history.
