My journey
Human beings, and more specifically their well-being, have always been at the heart of my concerns. To this day, I've been lucky enough to be able to work in professions that allow me to keep in line with this passion, and to accompany people through periods of change.
We talk about human beings inhabiting the planet, but we sometimes lose touch with being human, and especially with ourselves, by not listening to our bodies, which are trying to send us messages that are nonetheless very explicit and always benevolent. Thanks to hypnosis, I'm lucky enough to be able to put at the heart of my practice what has always fascinated me: enabling people to reconnect with their own resources and live life to the full.
As ahypnotherapist and Reiki Practitioner, my role is to help you access the resources in your subconscious mind, enabling you to overcome the challenges you face. Whether it's dealing with emotions (grief, break-up, trauma), stress or fear (phobias, anxiety), helping you change certain behaviors, overcoming addictions, or simply restoring your self-confidence, with hypnosis, change can happen faster than you thought possible.
Hypnosis is a fabulous tool that never ceases to fascinate me, as the results obtained in my sessions continue to grow. As Emile Coué used to say, "Every day, in every way, I'm getting better and better". Why shouldn't you?
