My philosophy
As a therapist & coach, my aim is to help and contribute to the well-being of my clients by sharing with them all the knowledge I've acquired over the years. Through the three natural healing tools and catalysts of change - hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and energy medicine - I help my clients to change limiting beliefs and behaviors, enabling them to regain balance in their lives while respecting themselves.
My vision of coaching is pragmatic and at the same time very spiritual, in line with my deep conviction that we are all creators of our own lives, and that nothing is more concrete than true spirituality. Every day, I have the pleasure of witnessing positive, lasting transformations in the course of my work.
My journey
With a university education and over twenty years' professional experience in the fields of advertising, communication and marketing, I turned to coaching a few years ago, an activity I'm fortunate enough to be able to practice fully today, whether for individual sessions, in companies or as an adult trainer in hypnosis and NLP.
