HYPNOSIS STOP SMOKING

Hypnosis is an effective, gentle method for helping people to quit smoking. It acts directly on the subconscious, where automatisms and addictions are located, to gradually modify smoking-related behaviours. By working on deep-seated motivations, triggers for the desire to smoke and limiting beliefs, hypnosis helps to free oneself from tobacco without stress or frustration, by reinforcing inner willpower and the feeling of freedom.

  • The Stop Tabac program consists of 3 to 4 structured sessions, spread over several months, to provide you with a solid, reassuring framework throughout the smoking cessation process. These sessions are individual, non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • The first session begins with a joint assessment with your therapist to determine whether the conditions required to continue the program have been met.

    • If the decision is made to continue, payment of CHF 600 will be required immediately. Subsequent sessions will then be scheduled.

    • Smoking cessation takes place during the first session. The weaning process begins immediately, and smoking cessation takes effect from this first appointment.

    • If it is decided not to continue after the first session, only the first session will be billed at CHF 240.

    • In the event of relapse or failure to quit during the program, the program is considered terminated, scheduled follow-up sessions are cancelled, and the full amount paid remains due.
