My journey
As a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, I have been helping adults and young adults deal with emotional, behavioral, and transgenerational issues for over 15 years.
I currently consult in two practices: in Lyon, in a private practice, and in Geneva at mhp | centrum, in a professional and structured setting conducive to in-depth therapeutic work.
My practice is based on a rigorous, results-oriented approach that aims to quickly understand the mechanisms behind the symptom and then mobilize unconscious resources to enable concrete and lasting change.
Specialist intransgenerational hypnosis, I am particularly interested in repetitive patterns, inherited emotional imprints, and invisible family transmissions that can influence psychological, relational, and behavioral balance. This expertise is part of an applied research project conducted at the Faculty of Psychology at Lumière Lyon 2 University, focusing on transgenerational psychological trauma transmissions.
In this context, I developed the MIA Method (Innate and Acquired Memories), a tool for exploring, identifying, and releasing inherited traumatic imprints when they impact emotional life, choices, relationships, or self-confidence.
Alongside my clinical work, I am a certified OMNI® instructor and member of the educational management team at mhp | hypnose. In this role, I am responsible for basic OMNI hypnosis training courses in Geneva and Lyon, where I train future hypnotherapists in a structured, demanding practice focused on therapeutic effectiveness.
My philosophy
I believe that we never react "without reason." Emotions, blockages, and behaviors have an internal logic, sometimes rooted in personal history... and sometimes in older family history.
Therapeutic hypnosis in Geneva allows you to access what lies deep within: emotional automatisms, limiting beliefs, unconscious memories. It offers a powerful framework for releasing emotional burdens, transforming repetitive patterns, and regaining inner stability.
When family or transgenerational memories are involved, the work becomes more subtle: it is a matter of recognizing what has been passed on, putting everything back in its place, and reclaiming one's own path.
