Classical massage aims to preserve or restore the body's harmony through the art of touch. In addition to relieving muscular tension, classical massage can also relieve stress, anxiety and sleep difficulties. It provides a sensation of total relaxation and deep well-being.

  • Classical massage is a concept of five different maneuvers on the skin. The massage strokes act on the skin and underlying tissues, and are picked up by the nerves. These transmit sensations to the brain, causing it to produce the body's own analgesic substances. By acting on the vegetative nervous system, massage can also influence breathing, digestive organs and circulation.

This massage, based on plant and essential oils, has stimulating, relaxing, analgesic and regenerating effects on the body.

  • If you want to relax physically and mentally and feel a general sense of well-being.

More concretely, classical massage helps relieve disorders of the musculoskeletal system, such as muscular tension or pain. But it can also be used for migraines, headaches, psychological tension, agitation and stress. Classical massage is also used to treat so-called psychosomatic disorders.

  • Whenever you feel the need.

The aim of classic massage is to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Since there's no better prevention than well-being, even insurance companies don't require any justification for a massage. Get a massage whenever you feel the need.
